The accompanying circumstances often make it difficult to complete the lengthy tuberculosis therapy. Our aim is to prevent treatment discontinuation by developing practical tools to support people with tuberculosis. At the same time, we are researching the causes of treatment discontinuation in order to find sustainable solutions for a therapy that focuses on people.
The No1Lost project is planned to run for three years from 2025-2027 and is being carried out jointly by Justus Liebig University, Giessen, the CAPNETZ STIFTUNG and coordinated by the German Central Committee against Tuberculosis (DZK e.V.). The Federal Ministry of Health is funding the project work.
