Fortunately, tuberculosis has become rare in Germany. However, the opportunity to gain extensive experience in dealing with the complex challenges of tuberculosis therapy only exists in treatment centers. The preliminary work for the No1Lost project has shown that exchange in networks is of crucial importance for care, as knowledge and experience can be shared in this way.
The existing regional and national networks are to be presented on the No1Lost internet platform in order to create opportunities for participation. The formation of new regional networks is to be supported and promoted by means of a guide to network formation. Best practice examples will be used to show how functioning networks can be set up locally and help to improve care.
