Minimum order quantity
You are welcome to print out and use the therapy passport and information sheets.
If you would like to order information sheets or therapy passports from the DZK, the minimum order quantity is 10 copies.
Price of therapy passport:
€1. 00per copy
Prices of information sheets:
- from 10 copies we charge 50 cents per item
- from 25 items we charge 50 cents per item
- from 50 copies we charge 30 cents per item
