The circumstances surrounding tuberculosis often make it difficult to complete the long course of treatment. Our goal is to prevent treatment interruptions by developing practical tools to support people with tuberculosis. At the same time, we investigate the causes of treatment interruptions in order to find sustainable approaches to person-centered therapy.
The No1Lost project is planned to run for three years from 2025 to 2027 and is carried out jointly by Justus Liebig University Giessen, the CAPNETZ Foundation, and the German Central Committee for the Fight Against Tuberculosis (DZK e.V.), which also serves as the coordinating partner. The Federal Ministry of Health funds the project work.
