This year, the DZIF course “Clinical Tuberculosis” will take place from June 24 to 26 at the Borstel Research Center, Leibniz Lung Center, in Borstel, Germany.
The course offers a comprehensive update on the clinical management of tuberculosis as well as insights into the latest advances in cutting-edge research. The program is primarily aimed at clinicians and public health professionals, but is also relevant for researchers. It covers key topics such as current trends in the epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis in adults and children. Highlights include sessions on current hot topics such as tuberculosis and migration, antibiotic stewardship, and interactive case presentations on stage that encourage active discussion and hands-on learning.
